No there is way to print variable value in the character speech text. I would have to implement such option, including dealing with undefined and default values.
But is it worth? I pretty doubt that anyone fills in the player's name.
Regarding those 3 talking sprites, I want to keep existing dialog and just add some minor extensions. For example I've already added a branch where Rio won't do threesome scene unless the other character is already familiar with player. I would like to have the same condition in Vixxxen/Bella and Cindy/Carmen dialog.
We have almost no chance of getting female voice (other than crappy synthetic text-to-speech) to make something as good. For that reason I haven't started doing synchronized sprite mouth movement scripts.
