HTH Dialog Developers Group

I thought that Crow would have RLD offline version done by December, then by January, then... and yet nothing.
I could make one too. The question is if it should be standalone or integrated in the HTH game as another zone on the map, where each street could be a subzone like a floor in the Tower.
