I have some questions and notes.

The sentence "I heard there was a party tonight." Is the past tense intentional? I'm a bit surprised by this form. But I'm learning English mostly by reading Internet where most posters are not native English speakers.

State Friend3 has no responses. Should it somehow connect Rebel4 state?

State B1, supposed shortcut in rebel states leads way back to Flatter states. I changed that connection to Rebel5 state until cleared up.

Need some response text for Backhere state.

Bye the way, what difference is in "friend of mine" (not in this dialog) I see Americans to use instead of "my friend" That question has been following me for years.
