But I'd like to ask for more help with her on following situations with player return:
a) Player done hand job scene only and left her. Eventually player returned to Anahi. (Alternative to state 14)
b) The same with player who had doggystyle with her in the past.
c) Player done all including anal scene in the past.

Also if you feel that Anahi should say something different when sex scene was ended by "Back" button instead of finishing and "Done" button, please suggest alternative.

So you're saying that you want me to write new dialog trees for when you come back for a second helping?

I think that if a player comes back, they shouldn't have to play the same pre-game again, and just fast-forward to the foreplay (in this case the handjob) with new dialog. Something simple, like:

"Back again so soon? I'm ready for more if you are..."

Honestly I'd consider using that, or some variation thereof, for all the times a player comes back for seconds.

I agree. We should also set different dialogues based on the player's genus. eg. Wow! Horse **** is my favorite! or Knot me with your wolf ****! or I love the ridges on feline dicks! Increases the pleasure. Stuff that Crow promised but never delivered...

Yes, just one or two dialog states for each situation to join the default dialog line.
For example:

State "backhere_foreplay":
"Nice to see you back!"
*I couldn't forget you smooth hands* -> state "Menu 13b"

State "Menu 13b":
"I'd like to warm you up again."
*scene -Handjob- -> state "Menu 14" (joins normal dialog line)

I added something similar to other dialog XMLs myself, but botched it up a bit with my mediocre English and lack of writing skills.

I added 3 return states, depending after which scene player left.

c) Player done all including anal scene in the past.

State "backhere_anal":
"You kinky, kinky boy. Still not satisfied?"
*Hell no, I just can't stop thinking about you. Down for another back door entrance?* -> state "Menu 17b"

State "Menu 17b":
"You're just lucky I'm finding my inner nasty girl out here..."
*scene -anal- -> state "Menu 17" (joins normal dialog line)

If you need any more along these lines for the other girls, please say what is needed and I'll try to write it. Be advised I will be proceeding with the understanding that such dialog is /not/ needed unless instructed otherwise.
