Regarding updates, you can test XML easily. In the game folder you find "data" folder. There is "dialog" folder inside. There are all dialog XML files. Just download XML file from this board and save (or copy it to) in that dialog folder overwriting previous XML file. Then updated dialog works.
It's not easy to upload 1GB file to the internet because most file sharing sites don't work well with Tor (which is an anonymization network and secure web browser). I can share current working version directly using Onionshare tool as I did in the past but it works correctly only when downloading party uses Tor too.
