You may experience difficulties with forum access from some countries or for other reasons. Unfortunately the forum hosting does not let me change most of the forum configuration. (The host smfnew2.com is registered by US entity)
In that case use Tor (www.torproject.org) as workaround. This site works fine with Tor unlike some other free forum hosting sites I tried before. Also no problem with using disposable email to register. It even should not ask you for confirmation email so you can fill some random garbage in the registration form.
Also note that this site autodetects a spam. If you make post with short text and a link, or a post with many links, it may be mistaken for spam by this site.
